SCB 115 Lab 4, Exercise 8 – Cell Structure

Some items will require the password that has been provided to enrolled students and instructors.

Learning Objectives

After completing this lab, the students will be able to:

  • know the similarities and the difference between Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic cells.
  • recognize the typical structures found in bacteria.
  • recognize the typical structure found in protists.
  • recognize the typical structure found in animal cells.
  • recognize the typical structure found in plant cells.
  • Identify the major components of each type of cell and describe the function of each.
